RETURN POLICY

Items must be returned within 14 days from receipt of package and will be refunded based upon the original payment method. Gifts will be refunded in the form of store credit. After 14 days, your item is no longer eligible for return. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No deodorant, makeup, perfume, cigarette smell, dog hair, or stains of any kind will be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Custom items (e.g., items customized with the name of your pet, custom design requests, etc.) cannot be returned.
